Delete your Thumbo data

Most of what Thumbo keeps never leaves your phone, so you can delete it yourself in seconds.

On your phone

Your reel counts, limits and settings live only on your phone. Uninstall Thumbo, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Thumbo → Storage → Clear data, and they are gone.

Battles

If you started or joined a battle, Thumbo stored the name you typed, today's count and a push token with it. In the app, open Battle → Leave this battle: your count and push token are deleted from it right away.

Anything else

Email hello@zoneoptimize.com with the subject "Thumbo data deletion" and, if you were in a battle, its code and the name you used. We delete the matching battle data and your anonymous account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Analytics and crash reports hold no name or battle code and are deleted automatically (analytics after 14 months, crash reports after 90 days).
